- The initial recording is underway and musician’s have been recruited to participate in this exciting project of a first album to blow Liz Williams first two EP’s out of the water – spring/summer 2010 is going to be storming!
A bit about Liz Williams:
Liz Williams is a Canadian born Singer/Songwriter who has been mesmerizing audiences all over London for the past few years with her raw, honest lyrics and her enchanting voice! Her music was eagerly snatched up by award winning director Jose Alvarez for use in his 2007 documentary “Welcome” (See video clip on Music Page). Liz won second place in the West London Songwriting competition in Spring 2008. Other radio play has included Eagle FM – Winning the chart competition for March 2008, Radio Seagull, and Icarus Radio. Balcony TV (London) invited Liz to perform on their program in November 2008 – watch the video!
Having Played Weyfest 2009 and with a first album underway Liz is taking great strides in her career and enjoying every minute of it.
Ray Rainbow at Brooklands FM first welcomed Liz live for an acoustic set in December 2008 (now up on myspace) and has since invited her back regularly and been a massive supporter. She has also gained the support of David Durant within the Brooklands community and has participated in thier Live Lounge events.
